This is being done in accordance\nwith EU provisions for the simplification and clarification of EU\nlaw given that Directive 92/100/EEC has been subject to numerous\namendments.</span></p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The new Directive will supersede the various acts\nincorporated in it whilst fully preserving the content of the acts\nbeing codified.
